PURPOSE:

To select and honor the SECME Teacher of the Year. The Teacher of the Year
Award is the most prestigious teacher recognition in the nation and SECME
takes extra pride in providing this special recognition opportunity to its
teachers. The Teacher of the Year and Finalist will be duly honored at the
Teacher of the Year Banquet and Awards Program, SECME's Capstone event held
during the Annual Summer Institute. We take this opportunity to recognize
SECME teachers for their outstanding dedication and commitment to our
program and its mission.
